We bought hurricane screens from Storm Solutions. Start to finish, sales consultation through installation, the process was smooth and easy. We were assigned a project coordinator who kept us informed of progress (order status, delivery of product, permit status, etc.) and worked with us to schedule at our convenience. The salesman went above and beyond in answering our many questions and providing product documentation. The coordinator went above and beyond in scheduling and communicating. We were out of state during the installation and had a relative go to the house when needed, so it was important to know timing. The installers worked very hard and diligently through the extremely hot and humid weather. They were there on time and were professional. They left the job clean and tidy, as if they were never there. The hurricane screens themselves do not disappoint and we feel we paid a fair price for them. We would highly recommend Storm Solutions to anyone looking for hurricane screens, and for any other of their products because of the wonderful service they provided.

I had 3 lanai sliders replaced 2 years ago. Excellent experience and product with Storm Solutions. Last year, wanted to update a number of windows to hurricane rated. Although quotes were nearly identical with another company, the decision to choose Storm Solutions was easy based on prior prior experience. The window install worked just as well and I have not had any reason to follow up. Shelby did an excellent job coordinating with his team and even provided a nice package for HOA approval. Highly recommended.
